How We Use AI

AI in VisaMind is used for clarity — explaining steps, fields, and evidence. It does not replace official sources or legal advice.

We believe AI should make immigration less confusing, not more. Every explanation is grounded in official government data, and citations are always visible so you can verify the underlying source yourself. AI assists — it never decides.

What AI does

  • Clarifies the requirement or form field you are viewing.
  • Explains why evidence is needed and how to keep it consistent across forms.
  • Summarizes your inputs so you can review before exporting.
  • Breaks down complex legal terminology into plain language.
  • Surfaces related requirements you may have missed.

What AI does NOT do

  • Provide legal advice or guarantee outcomes.
  • Invent requirements without citations to official sources.
  • Replace human review for complex or high-stakes cases.
  • Make eligibility decisions or predict approval chances.
  • Access, store, or share your personal documents.

Where you will see AI

Requirement explanations

When you view a visa requirement or form field, AI provides a plain-language explanation of what is being asked and why. The official source citation appears alongside so you can verify it.

Input summaries

Before you export your plan or packet, AI summarizes the information you have entered so you can review it for accuracy and completeness in one place.

Your control

Citations are shown next to guidance. You can cross-check any requirement against the official source. If something looks off, flag it and we will review it.

Citations stay visible next to guidance, and “last reviewed” dates show how recently the information was verified. If something looks off, flag it to support@visamind.com and we will review. See the Privacy Policy for details on data handling.
