How we use AI
AI in VisaMind is used for clarity—explaining steps, fields, and evidence. It does not replace official sources or legal advice.
Last updated: January 29, 2026
What AI does
- Clarifies the requirement or form field you are viewing.
- Explains why evidence is needed and how to keep it consistent.
- Summarizes your inputs so you can review before exporting.
What AI does NOT do
- Provide legal advice or guarantee outcomes.
- Invent requirements without citations.
- Replace human review for complex cases.
Where you’ll see AI
- In explanations of requirements, form fields, and evidence.
- When summarizing your inputs for review before exporting.
Your control
- Citations are shown next to guidance.
- You can cross-check any requirement against the official source.
- If something looks off, flag it and we’ll review.
Citations stay visible next to guidance, and “last reviewed” dates show content freshness. If something looks off, flag it to support@visamind.com and we will review.
