The principles that guide how reviewed and contributed content is labelled across VisaMind.
- We separate general education from legal advice.
- We identify when content may be too specific or UPL-sensitive.
- We use official sources where possible.
- We clearly distinguish reviewed content from internally edited content.
- We avoid implying that a reviewer has reviewed pages they have not personally reviewed.
- We disclose each professional’s role clearly.

Each listed professional is associated with one of the roles below. Roles are scoped descriptions of what a person actually does within the Professional Network — not credentials or endorsements.
Educational Content Reviewer
Reviews selected VisaMind educational content for accuracy, clarity, responsible wording, and UPL-sensitive language.
AMA Contributor
Participates in general educational Q&A, interviews, or public discussions. Does not provide individualized legal advice through public content.
Interview Prep Advisor
Helps improve educational interview-preparation content, question sets, and general preparation guidance.
Document Review Partner
May support future document review services under a clearly defined paid scope and provider-specific terms.
Independent Attorney Partner
May offer independent legal services outside VisaMind. Any attorney-client relationship is between the user and the attorney.
