How this list works
#No provider pays to appear here, and VisaMind earns nothing from referrals. An editor checks each entry against the provider's own website, and a licence or registration is shown only when the editor confirmed it on the official register. Entries not re-checked within 120 days are removed.
Listing is not an endorsement. Get a written quote and check credentials yourself before you hire anyone.

How to choose
#- Pick an agent who handles your exact case, for example a marriage, retirement or DTV extension, and not just extensions in general.
- Ask for the service fee in writing, separate from the government fee (an extension of stay costs 1,900 THB at immigration), so you can see what you are paying the agent for.
- Ask exactly which documents you will sign and who appears at the immigration office. Get a receipt for your passport whenever it leaves your hands.
- If the agent says they are a lawyer, check the name on the Lawyers Council of Thailand register before you pay.
- Ask whether they can also file your 90-day report, since a representative can submit TM-47 for you with written authorization.
Red flags
#- A guaranteed approval. Immigration officers decide every application, and no agent can promise the outcome.
- An offer to supply bank balances, letters, stamps or addresses you don't actually have. False documents can lead to refusal, cancellation of your stay or a blacklist.
- Pressure to pay the full fee in cash up front with no written agreement or receipt.
- A quoted fee that bundles the government fee and the service fee, so you can't tell what the agent charges.
