Verified Visa Help in Thailand

Agents who handle Thai extensions, retirement visas and the DTV, each checked by a VisaMind editor against the provider's own website. Nobody pays to be listed, and every entry is re-checked within 120 days or removed.

Each list covers one kind of paperwork. Open one to see every provider, what they charge, the languages they work in, and how to check them yourself.

How a provider gets on a list

Every entry goes through the same four checks, in this order, before it is published.

  1. Found in public listings

Editors start from map listings and web searches for the city or visa, never from paid placements or referral deals.

  2. Checked on its own website

Office, services, languages and any published fees. A provider that promises approval, offers to supply funds or documents, or still sells a route the rules have closed is left out.

  3. Checked on the official register

Where a public register exists, an editor confirms a named professional on it. Where none does, the listing says no registration was confirmed.

  4. Dated, then re-checked

Every entry shows the day it was checked and comes off the list if it isn't re-checked within 120 days. A list goes live only with at least 10 verified providers.

Registers our editors check in Thailand

  • Lawyers Council of Thailand

Licensed lawyers. If an agency says a lawyer handles your case, ask for the licence number and check it with the Council before you pay.

  • Visa agents

There is no public register of visa agents, so editors check each agent's own website for its office, services, languages and published fees instead.

    No public register

Walk away if you see

  • A guaranteed approval. Immigration officers decide every application, and no agent can promise the outcome.

  • An offer to supply bank balances, letters, stamps or addresses you don't actually have. False documents can lead to refusal, cancellation of your stay or a blacklist.

  • An offer to arrange the 800,000 THB retirement balance or a bank letter for you. Your application must reflect your own funds.

  • A plan to fly to a nearby embassy to file the DTV as a visitor. Since 31 August 2026 the DTV must be filed where you are a national or permanent resident.

  • Pressure to pay the full fee in cash up front with no written agreement or receipt.

Prefer to file it yourself?

You don't need a provider for any of this. These step-by-step guides cover the same paperwork, with the documents and fees for each.

Common questions

No provider pays to appear on these lists, and VisaMind earns nothing from referrals. Listing is not an endorsement. Get a written quote and check credentials yourself before you hire anyone.
