How this list works
#No provider pays to appear here, and VisaMind earns nothing from referrals. An editor checks each entry against the provider's own website, and a licence or registration is shown only when the editor confirmed it on the official register. Entries not re-checked within 120 days are removed.
Listing is not an endorsement. Get a written quote and check credentials yourself before you hire anyone.

How to choose
#- Ask which DTV basis the agent works with, remote work or a soft-power activity such as a course, and how they document it.
- Ask for the service fee in writing, separate from the 10,000 THB government fee.
- Ask whether they also handle the 180-day in-country extension (1,900 THB at immigration) or only the visa application.
- If the agent says they are a lawyer, check the name on the Lawyers Council of Thailand register before you pay.
Red flags
#- A guaranteed approval. Immigration officers decide every application, and no agent can promise the outcome.
- An offer to supply bank balances, letters, stamps or addresses you don't actually have. False documents can lead to refusal, cancellation of your stay or a blacklist.
- Pressure to pay the full fee in cash up front with no written agreement or receipt.
- Selling a course or event enrolment only to support the application. Officers can check that the activity is real.
- A plan to fly to Vientiane, Kuala Lumpur or another nearby embassy so you can apply as a visitor. Since 31 August 2026 the DTV must be filed where you are a national or permanent resident.
