EX-00 is the Spain form commonly associated with requests to extend an authorized stay. It is most relevant for people who are already in Spain under a temporary stay basis and need to request more time under the official rules for their route.

EX-11: Solicitud de autorización de residencia de larga duración o de larga duración-UE
Use Modelo EX-11 to request Spain’s national long-term residence authorization or EU long-term residence authorization. Download the official form, choose the correct route in section 4, follow Hoja 49 or Hoja 50, pay the applicable Tasa 052, and submit the route-specific evidence. EX-11 is not the form for renewing or collecting the physical TIE card.

The EX-17 form is the application for obtaining the Foreigner Identity Card (TIE) in Spain.
EX-18: Certificado de Registro de Ciudadano de la Unión
Use EX-18 to register an EU, EEA or Swiss citizen who will reside in Spain for more than 3 months. Apply in person within 3 months after entry and, once the requirements and Modelo 790-012 fee are confirmed, the registration certificate is issued immediately.
EX-10: Solicitud de autorización de residencia por circunstancias excepcionales
EX-10 is Spain's application for temporary residence on exceptional-circumstances grounds. For arraigo, select one of the current legal categories; new applications cannot select the former arraigo laboral route.
